Walton holds the first inter-innovation summit in the history of the country

Walton, a flagship company, pioneering the idea of 'Made in Bangladesh' in electronics and technology products has taken their innovation one step ahead by arranging Inter innovation summit which is the first such event in the country with research and development department. In this case too, the local tech giant known as 'our product' has proceeded one step further. The day-long program has been going on since Monday (September 7) morning at the compressor factory of Walton Hi-Tech Industries in Gazipur. Researchers from the Research and Development Department of Walton Hi-Tech Enterprises are presenting the value-added products of the products to the higher authorities of the organization as well as the product managers and marketing officers. They have set up stalls selling TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, home appliances and their accessories in more than 50 stalls. Explaining how they are designing eco-friendly products according to the preferences of the buyers. The summit highlighted the importance of adding IoT benefits to devices to stay ahead of the changing technology world. Two top IT specialists and educationists Dr. Muhammad Zafar Iqbal and Dr. Mohammad Kaikobad have visited this innovative event with utmost enthusiasm. Meanwhile, SM Shamsul Alam, Vice-Chairman of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited and Golam Morshed, Managing Director, have learned from them about various important issues to be addressed. After the exhibition, a seminar was organized with the officials of various research and development departments of Walton. Dr. Muhammad Zafar Iqbal and Dr. Mohammad Kaikobad attended the seminar as guest speakers.
